JAKARTA: Astra, together with its Group companies, has once again been recognized at the HR Asia Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2026 on Friday (6/5). The award is HR Asia's tribute to companies across the region that consistently implement best HR practices, foster meaningful employee engagement, and cultivate a positive, sustainable workplace culture.

At the HR Asia Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2026 ceremony, Astra took home three awards. The company received the main HR Asia Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2026 award, the HR Asia People Transformation Awards 2026, and the HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards 2026. Several Astra Group companies were also recognized, including Toyota Astra Motor, FIFGROUP, Astra Credit Companies, Surya Artha Nusantara Finance, and United Tractors.

This prestigious event involved 2.5 million respondents and 20,000 companies across Asia. Twenty percent of the participating companies are listed in the Fortune Global 500, making this one of the most comprehensive HR benchmarks in the region.

“We see this recognition as motivation to keep building a work environment that supports every Insan Astra in reaching their full potential. We believe that the company's long-term sustainability is inseparable from the dedication and spirit of Insan Astra to be a meaningful asset to the nation, as reflected in Astra's guiding philosophy, Catur Dharma,” said Astra Chief of Corporate Human Capital Development Matilda Esther Rotinsulu.

This achievement is part of Astra's long journey in developing human capital as the company approaches its seventh decade. Supported by 322 subsidiaries and more than 190,000 employees, Astra remains committed to building a workplace that values diversity and promotes inclusion through real, tangible initiatives. One example is Perempuan Astra, a community that serves as a space for collaboration, development, and learning for women across the Astra Group, now reaching more than 3,000 members from various Astra Group companies. In addition, Astra runs the Diversity Awareness Program for Astra's Leaders to strengthen understanding and awareness of diversity at the leadership level.

Astra's dedication to developing human capital and building a positive, collaborative, and sustainable work environment is aligned with the company's aspiration to prosper with the nation and support Indonesia's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
