Bamboo-Made Container Reducing Plastic Waste
In distributing the sacrificial meat for people this year, Astra for the first time uses bamboo-made container (besek) to reduce plastic waste and as a real form of Astra’s concern for the environment. Based on research, bamboo besek can also slow down bacterial growth on meat.
Apart from the environment, Astra also practices the other three pillars of sustainable social contribution, which are health, education, and entrepreneurship.
Sharing sacrificial animals to others is in line with Astra’s passion to prosper with the nation.
