JAKARTA: After a rigorous selection process by the jury, the Semangat Astra Terpadu Untuk (SATU) Indonesia Awards has named the 20 finalists advancing to the next stage. These inspiring young individuals have made tangible contributions to sustainable development in Indonesia.

After a rigorous selection process by the jury, the Semangat Astra Terpadu Untuk (SATU) Indonesia Awards has named the 20 finalists advancing to the next stage. These inspiring young individuals have made tangible contributions to sustainable development in Indonesia.

“SATU Indonesia Awards is Astra’s tribute to the nation’s inspiring youth who have positively impacted their communities across five areas: Health, Education, Environment, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. Astra invites all Indonesians to support these dedicated young people who are committed to creating positive change for today and the future of Indonesia through collaboration, innovation, and sustainability,” said Astra Chief of Corporate Affairs Riza Deliansyah.

By the registration deadline on August 4, 2024, a total of 16,775 inspiring young people had signed up for this year’s SATU Indonesia Awards. The 20 finalists for the 15th SATU Indonesia Awards 2024 are:

Health Category Finalists

  1. Creator of a Nutrition Education Platform, Ayu Fauziyyah Adhimah from Yogyakarta Special Region Province.
  2. Pioneer of Counseling Connectivity, Pipit Septiani from Yogyakarta Special Region Province.
  3. Advocate for Youth Mental and Reproductive Health in Flores, Ananius Donatus D. Rure from East Nusa Tenggara Province.
  4. Healer of Shackled Souls, Arianto Setiadi from Central Java Province.

Education Category Finalists

  1. Educator in Remote Puncak Jaya Papua, Andi Imannuel Rumbrar from Central Papua Province.
  2. Eco-literacy Activist in South Sorong, Baltasar Klau Nahak from Southwest Papua Province.
  3. Advocate for Child Protection from Sexual Violence, Hana Maulida from Banten Province.
  4. The Illuminator of Literacy in Sodan Village, Jefri Davidson Ama Kia from East Nusa Tenggara Province.

Environment Category Finalists

  1. Initiator of Sustainable Conservation Collaboration, Miftachurrobani from Central Java Province.
  2. Transforming Villages Through Educational Agritourism, Alwahidul Mubarok from East Java Province.
  3. Champion of Sustainable Food, Kevin Gani from East Java Province.
  4. Coastal Hero Developing Seagrass Cultivation, Siti Nurrohmatiljanah Setiawan from Riau Islands Province.

Entrepreneurship Category Finalists

  1. Pioneer of Inclusive Motorcycle Repair Shop, Abdu Rohman Baharsyah from DKI Jakarta Province.
  2. Empowering Independent Coastal Women, Muslihuddin Aini from West Nusa Tenggara Province.
  3. The Heroine Weaver of Hope from Ntobo Village, Yuyun Ahdiyanti from West Nusa Tenggara Province.
  4. Entrepreneur Recycling Coconut Shell Waste, Dimas Anggit Prastyo from Central Java Province.

Technology Category Finalists

  1. Provider of Technology-Based Refill Systems, Azin Rahman from DKI Jakarta Province.
  2. Innovator of Renewable Energy Solutions for MSMEs, Maximillian Gala Perman from Banten Province.
  3. Pioneer of Tactile Design for Accessibility for the Visually Impaired, Fariz Fadhillah from West Java Province.
  4. Navigator of Long-Distance Networks, Irfan Y. Pratama from DKI Jakarta Province.

The judges for the 15th SATU Indonesia Awards 2024 include:

  4. Ir. Tri Mumpuni (Founder of People-Centered Economic and Business Institute)
  5. Onno W. Purbo Ph.D. (Information Technology Expert)
  6. Arif Zulkifli (President Director of PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk)
  7. Dian Sastrowardoyo (Artist)
  8. Billy Boen (Founder of Young On Top)
