Jakarta: The 2024 Astra Festival is a weekend entertainment event for the public to experience inspirational spaces inspired by Astra’s sustainable social contributions. Held at the East Parking Lot of Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta, from August 31 to September 1, 2024, the festival attracted 20,000 visitors.

The event showcased Ruang Kontribusi Astra (Astra Contribution Space), which highlighted Astra’s four pillars of sustainable social contributions; Astra Lounge, which displayed the distribution map of Astra’s social contributions, including nine Astra Foundations, Kampung Berseri Astra villages, Desa Sejahtera Astra villages, and SATU Indonesia Awards recipients; and Ruang Riang (Fun Space), which offered various games with prizes and a photo booth.

The festival also featured performances by nine famous Indonesian musicians—Yura Yunita, Maliq & D’Essentials, Yovie & Nuno, Juicy Luicy, Mahalini, Nadhif Basalamah, Naura Ayu, Rony Parulian, and Ucup Pop—who captivated visitors until the evening.

“Astra consistently strives to promote community welfare through Astra’s four pillars of sustainable social contributions: health, education, environment, and entrepreneurship, in alignment with Indonesia’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),” said Astra Chief of Corporate Affairs Riza Deliansyah.

The 2024 Astra Festival was also supported by Astra Group, including Toyota Astra Motor, which offered test drives of the All-New Yaris Cross Hybrid; AstraPay as the official payment partner; various attractive offers from OLXmobbi, Astra Credit Companies, FIFGroup, Asuransi Astra, and Bank Saqu; and products from communities supported by the Dharma Bhakti Astra Foundation and the Astra-Michael D. Ruslim Education Foundation. 

The 2024 Astra Festival Awards

As part of the event series, Astra held the 2024 Astra Festival Awards on August 30 to honor and recognize the contributions made by communities under Astra’s sustainable social contribution programs in the following categories:

  1. Health Category: Awarded to posyandu (integrated health service posts), health cadres, and youth health cadres supported by Astra.he 2024 Astra Festival Awards
  2. Education Category: Awarded to kindergarten/PAUD, elementary school, junior high school, high school, and vocational high school teachers supported by Astra who won the Teacher Innovation Competition (LINKAR) and to kindergartens/PAUD supported by Astra with the highest assessment score for the implementation of the Senyum Sahabat PAUD Astra program.
  3. Environment Category: Awarded to adiwiyata (green) schools supported by Astra, innovative village development, and leading figures in Kampung Berseri Astra villages.
  4. Entrepreneurship Category: Awarded to innovative village flagship products and leading figures in Desa Sejahtera Astra villages.
