Officially Open! Astra Photo Competition & Astra Journalism Award 2024: Together, Create, Sustainable

JAKARTA: Astra is back with the 2024 Astra Photo Competition & Astra Journalism Award. The registration is officially open today, June 10, and will continue until November 10, 2024. This year’s Astra Photo Competition & Astra Journalism Award theme is “Together, Create, and Sustainable”. Applicants, particularly photography and writing enthusiasts, can use this theme as a reference to take part in the 2024 Astra Photo Competition & Astra Journalism Award.

This year marks the 16th year of the Astra Photo Competition and the 10th year of the Astra Journalism Award. The 2024 Astra Photo Competition & Astra Journalism Award has two categories: journalist and general, making it accessible to the wider community.

“Astra invites the public, especially photography and writing enthusiasts, to participate in the 2024 Astra Photo Competition & Astra Journalism Award by submitting their works. Through showcasing photos and articles that capture the togetherness of those who have wholeheartedly contributed to realizing sustainable life in Indonesia, the 2024 Astra Photo Competition & Astra Journalism Award is expected to spread inspiration to other Indonesian people,” said Astra Chief of Corporate Affairs Riza Deliansyah.

The 2024 Astra Photo Competition accepts photos of works, objects, or activities that capture the positive contribution of the people who have worked together for the present and the future.

Meanwhile, the 2024 Astra Journalism Award welcomes articles that tell inspiring stories about the sustainable contributions of SATU Indonesia Awards recipients, Kampung Berseri Astra leading figures, or Desa Sejahtera Astra leading figures throughout Indonesia.

The 2024 Astra Photo Competition & Astra Journalism Award provides various attractive prizes for winners of each category:

• Submitted photos and articles must be original, conform to social norms, and must not contain elements of violence, politics, pornography, hate, blasphemy, racism, or discrimination.
