Jakarta: The jury has selected ten finalists who will proceed to the last stage of the judging process of the 14th Semangat Astra Terpadu Untuk (SATU) Indonesia Awards 2023. The public is invited to show their support for their favorite finalist by casting votes online at https://www.satu-indonesia.com/satuindonesiaawards2023vote/ until October 29, 2023.

“For over a decade, the SATU Indonesia Awards program has been recognizing and appreciating young Indonesians who have made positive contributions to their communities. We hope all of this year’s finalists will continue to innovate and contribute to sustainable development in their respective areas,” said Astra Chief of Corporate Affairs Riza Deliansyah.

The ten finalists of the 14th SATU Indonesia Awards 2023 were selected from a total of 13,065 applicants, an increase from last year’s 11,603 participants, following a rigorous selection process. The finalists and their contributions are as follows:

Health Category Finalists

  • A Health Activist from Eastern Indonesia, Theresia Dwiaudina Sari Putri from West Nusa Tenggara.
  • A Substance Abuse Counselor, Muhammad Nasir from Aceh.


Education Category Finalists

  • An Educator from Banda Islands, Cyecilia Pical from Maluku.
  • An Education Worker in Remote South Papua, Diana Cristiana Dacosta Ati from Papua.

Entrepreneurship Category Finalists

  • Developer of Aloe Vera-Based Healthy Beverages, Alan Efendhi from Special Region of Yogyakarta.
  • Empowering Educational Tourism About Mushrooms, Bayu Fernando from Riau.


Technology Category Finalists

  • Initiator of East Lombok Beach Trash Trap, Muslihuddin Aini from West Nusa Tenggara.
  • Pioneer of Tourism Village Digitalization, Reza Permadi from DKI Jakarta.


Group Category

  • Art & Culture Conservationist in West Tulang Bawang, Ismail from Lampung.
  • Environmental Champion Utilizing Frond Waste, Rengkuh Banyu Mahandaru from DKI Jakarta.


The finalist with the most votes will receive a cash prize of Rp10 million. Each winner of the 14th SATU Indonesia Awards 2023 at the national level will receive an activity grant of Rp65 million and other assistance that can be merged with Astra’s sustainable contribution programs, such as Kampung Berseri Astra and Desa Sejahtera Astra.


The finalists were selected by a panel of judges that consists of:

  1. Prof. Nila Moeloek (Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia)
  2. Prof. Emil Salim (Lecturer at the Environmental Science Postgraduate Program, University of Indonesia)
  3. Prof. Fasli Jalal (Rector of YARSI University and Postgraduate Professor at Jakarta State University)
  4. Ir. Tri Mumpuni (Founder of People-Centered Business and Economic Institute)
  5. Onno W. Purbo Ph.D. (Information Technology Expert)
  6. Arif Zulkifli (President Director of PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk)
  7. Dian Sastrowardoyo (Artist)
  8. Billy Boen (Young On Top Founder)
  9. Boy Kelana Soebroto (Astra Head of Corporate Communications)
  10. Diah Suran Febrianti (Astra Head of Environment & Social Responsibility)

For this year’s awards, Astra has once again joined forces with Tempo, Antara, Kumparan, IDN Times, and Young On Top.
