










JAKARTA: PT Astra International Tbk (“Astra” or the “Company”) today on Wednesday (19/11), holds an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). The Meeting basically resolved as follows:
1. Accept the resignation of Mr. John Raymond Witt and Ms. Hsu Hai Yeh, respectively as Commissioner of the Company and Mr. Chiew Sin Cheok as Director of the Company;
2. Appoint:
a) Mr. Lincoln Lin Feng Pan as Commissioner of the Company;
b) Mr. Lee Liang Whye as Commissioner of the Company; and
c) Ms. Hsu Hai Yeh as Director of the Company;
as of the closing of Meeting for a term of office as stipulated in the Articles of Association of the Company. Therefore, the composition of members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of the Company has changed as follows:
