Astra Siaga Lebaran 2024: Prepares 299 Workshops and 805 Technicians for the Lebaran Homecoming Journey

jakarta: Astra is preparing for the 2024 Lebaran holiday season by setting up 299 Bengkel Siaga workshops and 800 technicians to accompany Indonesian citizens on their Lebaran homecoming journey. This initiative, Astra Siaga Lebaran 2024 "Safe, Smooth, and Comfortable Homecoming Journey with Astra Standby Services," will be available along the Java, Bali, and Sumatra routes from April 5 to 14, 2024.

Astra Siaga Lebaran 2024 Kick-Off event was held at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra, Jakarta, today, April 1, attended by Astra President Director Djony Bunarto Tjondro and Astra Board of Directors.

“Astra Siaga Lebaran 2024 is a tangible manifestation of Astra Group’s support for the smoothrunning of the Lebaran homecoming activities, ensuring a safe, smooth, and comfortable journey forcustomers. This year, we are setting up Pos Siaga posts with 600 four-wheeled vehicle techniciansand 205 two-wheeled vehicle mechanics on standby along the Java, Bali, and Sumatra homecomingroutes, including Tebing Tinggi, Palembang, Lampung, Merak, Cikampek, Purbaleunyi, Cipali,Palikanci, Brebes, Salatiga, Jombang, Probolinggo, and Tabanan,” said Astra Director Johannes Loman.

Astra also adds 130 Bengkel Siaga for four-wheeled vehicles and 169 Bengkel Siaga for two-wheeled vehicles across Indonesia for Astra Siaga Lebaran 2024. These workshops will operate during normal working hours on Lebaran holidays to ensure that travelers’ vehicles receive the best care during the Lebaran holiday.

Furthermore, this year’s Astra Siaga Lebaran is also gearing up to provide roadside emergency services for travelers. The services include 61 round-the-clock Asuransi Astra’s Garda Siaga units and 66 AstraWorld Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) units, specifically for four-wheeled vehicles.

There are 16 Pos Siaga for four-wheeled vehicles along the homecoming routes of Java, Bali, and Sumatra:

• Tebing Tinggi: Sumatra Utara (rest area KM. 65 A, Ruas Tol Kuala Namu - Tebing Tinggi, Sumatera Utara).  
• Palembang: Pondok Pindang Bu ljah Jl. Sriwijaya No. 16 Karya Jaya, Kec. Kertapati. Kota Palembang, Sumatra Selatan.  
• Lampung: Rest area tol Bakauheni – Kayu Agung KM 163 A & Rest Area 49 A Ruas Tol Bakauheni-Terbanggi Beşar.  
• Merak: Tol Jakarta Merak rest area KM 68.  
• Purbaleunyi: Rest area tol Purbaleunyi KM 72 A.  
• Cikampek: Tol Cikampek rest area KM 57 A & KM 62 B.
• Cipali: Rest area tol Cipali KM 166 A.  
• Palikanci: Rest area Tol Palimanan - Kanci KM 207 A.  
• Brebes: Rest area heritage KM 260 B.  
• Salatiga A: Rest area tol Semarang – Solo KM 456 A.  
• Salatiga B: Rest area tol Semarang – Solo KM 456 B.  
• Jombang: Rest area tol Jombang – Mojokerto KM 695 A.  
• Probolinggo: SPBU 54.68.310 Utama Raya, Situbondo.

At these posts, travelers can stop to have their vehicles checked (light services) and use the facilities available at the Pos Rehat Astra, such as light food and drinks and free Wi-Fi.

As a tangible manifestation of support to the sustainability movement, Astra also provides three electric vehicle charging stations for four-wheeled vehicles at several toll roads on Java Island:

• Jombang: Rest area tol Jombang – Mojokerto KM 695A.  
• Salatiga B: Rest area tol Semarang – Solo KM 456 B.  
• Brebes: Rest area Heritage KM 260 B.

Astra Group’s Collaboration Supports Integrated Services for Homecoming Journey

Astra Siaga Lebaran 2024 is made possible through the support of more than 600 car technicians serving travelers at Pos Siaga and Bengkel Siaga, as well as quality emergency services from ERA AstraWorld and 24-hour Garda Siaga. For two-wheeled vehicles, 205 AHASS mechanics are ready to serve travelers at Posko Mudik Honda posts, AHASS Siaga+, and AHASS Siaga. In addition, 240 Honda Care services will be available to assist with emergency services on the road around the travelers’ locations.

AHASS Siaga+ dan AHASS Siaga

AHM and its main dealer network prepare special authorized workshops for Honda motorcycle maintenance during the 2024 Lebaran holiday. AHASS Siaga+ is available in 14 locations from Lampung to Bali: Kalianda (Lampung), Serang, Cilegon, Tangerang, East Jakarta, Karawang, Tasikmalaya, Batang, Boyolali, Majenang, Gombong, Mojokerto, Kediri, and Negara (Bali), while AHASS Siaga is available in 155 locations throughout Indonesia.

2. Astra Otopower

The latest portfolio from Astra Otoparts, Astra Otopower, is a Battery-Powered Electric Vehicle (KBLBB) charging network. Astra Otopower is currently using global international communication standards such as AC Type-2, CCS-2, and CHAdeMO, thus compatible with all types of electric vehicles in Indonesia.

To use these charging stations, users scan a QR code through their gadgets and register their data on the Astra Otopower website. In the future, the Astra Otopower system will use an application that offers a wider range of features for users. Currently, charging is free as Astra Otopower is still in its non-commercial phase. In welcoming Lebaran, Astra Otopower also participates in the Astra Siaga Lebaran program at Heritage 260B rest area—Brebes, Resta Pendopo 456B rest area—Salatiga, and Melati 695A rest area—Jombang.

Astra Otopower can be found in 26 locations with 30 machines. They are located in office buildings such as Menara Astra—Central Jakarta, Menara FIF—Lebak Bulus, and Anandamaya and Arumaya Apartments, as well as at Astra Otoservice workshops.

3. ASTRAPAY

As part of the Astra Group, AstraPay is participating in Astra Siaga Lebaran 2024. 9. SAR Astra Peduli dengan Keselamatan Pemudik Lebaran

In order to improve the comfort and safety of Lebaran 2024 travelers, SAR ASTRA has takenimportant steps to ensure preparedness and quick response in dealing with emergency situations.The SAR Astra Team has been certified by Basarnas in MFR (Medical First Response), VAR (VehicleAccident Rescue), and RAR (Road Accident Rescue) and in other areas of competencies needed inemergency operations. In carrying out its activities, the SAR Astra Team will put on standby 12 rescuepersonnel supported by 2 units of Rescue Tools cars equipped with various rescue support equipment.

SAR ASTRA is ready to provide the necessary assistance for any emergency that may occur during the journey. SAR Astra will support handling emergency conditions during the Lebaran homecoming and returning flow on the Cipali toll road, the work area of PT LMS, in synergy with the LMS Rescue Team, Basarnas, and other related agencies.
