Astra Receives the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award

Jakarta: Astra has once again been recognized by HR Asia as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia at the HR Asia Awards 2024 held on May 31st. It marks the seventh time Astra has received this award, acknowledging Astra’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and providing a valuable work experience for all Astra People.

The HR Asia Awards 2024 honors companies in Asia that have implemented the best human resource development practices and created work environments that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures in 2023.

“Astra is always striving to remain relevant in a constantly changing world. Therefore, the development of high-quality human resources is one of our priorities to become a more sustainable company,” said Astra Chief of Corporate Human Capital Development Aloysius Budi Santoso.

HR Asia also awarded Astra the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award and the Sustainable Workplace Award at the event. Other Astra Group companies that also received the Best Companies to Work for in Asia awards were United Tractors and Astra Credit Companies.
