










JAKARTA: The year 2024 marks the 15th anniversary of the Semangat Astra Terpadu Untuk (SATU) Indonesia Awards. It began with the small steps of the younger generation making significant changes in their communities. Now, consistently and sustainably, it continues to attract and recognize the nation’s inspirational youth who contribute to sustainable development in Indonesia.
SATU Indonesia is a concrete effort by Astra Group to actively participate in and contribute to improving the quality of Indonesian society through integrated works, ideas, and creations, providing added value for the nation’s progress. Astra has organized the SATU Indonesia Awards every year since 2010.
Astra officially kicked off the 15th SATU Indonesia Awards 2024, themed “Together, Create, Sustainable”, with a ceremony held at Menara Astra, Jakarta, today (3/4). SATU Indonesia Awards is a form of Astra’s appreciation for the young people throughout Indonesia who unite to build the nation by bringing positive impact to the community through five fields: Health, Education, Environment, Entrepreneurship, and Technology.
“SATU Indonesia Awards is a manifestation of Astra’s commitment ‘To be an Asset to the Nation’, as stated in the first point of the Astra Catur Dharma philosophy. It is also in line with Astra’s 67-year journey in achieving its mission to prosper with the nation. We hope to increasingly attract and recognize the nation’s inspirational youth who are passionate about building the country together, creating, and sustainability for today and the future of Indonesia,” said Astra Chief of Corporate Affairs Riza Deliansyah.
Today’s Kick-off event of the 15th SATU Indonesia Awards 2024 was packed with meaning, featuring an inspirational talk Astratalk with the SATU Indonesia Awards Judge and People- Centered Business and Economic Institute Founder Ir. Tri Mumpuni; SATU Indonesia Awards Judge and Astra Head of Environment and Social Responsibility Diah Suran Febrianti; and the 14th SATU Indonesia Awards 2023 Recipient in the Group Category Rengkuh Banyu Mahandaru, who shared an inspirational story about his work as an Environmental Champion Utilizing Palm Frond Waste.
“Sustainability is not only about responsibility but also about unlocking unlimited potential. By integrating innovation and conservation, we can create a better and prosperous future for all,” said Rengkuh during the Astratalk session.
The Momentum of the 15th SATU Indonesia Awards 2024
SATU Indonesia Awards 2024 holds special significance for Astra as it marks the fifteenth year of the awards. It has been a long and meaningful journey in recognizing young people who work quietly to bring a positive impact to their communities.
This year’s SATU Indonesia Awards are presented with a new spirit by merging group and individual categories in the fields of Health, Education, Environment, Entrepreneurship, and Technology.
In addition, to further enrich the assessment process in the search for inspirational young figures this year, the SATU Indonesia Awards invited an inspirational figure, Artist Raline Shah, to be a guest judge.

In its quest to find the nation’s inspirational youth, Astra collaborates with Tempo, Antara, Kumparan, IDN Times, and Young On Top. In 2023, the SATU Indonesia Awards had 14,997 applicants, an increase of 11.4% from 2022.
The terms and conditions of the 15th SATU Indonesia Awards 2024 are as follows:
Each winner of the SATU Indonesia Awards will receive an activity grant of Rp65 million and assistance. They will also have the opportunity to collaborate in Kampung Berseri Astra or Desa Sejahtera Astra. Registration opens from today, March 4, 2024, until August 4, 2024.
