UTPE Provides Patrian Mover with Culture Management Materials

The Corporate Human Capital Strategic (CHCS) division of PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE) held a Patrian Mover Socialization and Patrian Mover Development Program 2024 event on March 19, 2024. The event was conducted both in person at the UTPE Head Office in West Java and virtually via MS Teams.

The event was attended by 44 people, including Patrian Movers and UTPE division heads. It began with a welcome speech from UTPE CHCS Head Dian Eka Novianty. Following this, the person responsible for culture at UTPE Group presented material on corporate values and the role of Patrian Movers.

During the event, Patrian Movers were also provided with material on the four pillars of culture management, which include Change Management and Engagement related to digitalization, social media, and employee engagement; Knowledge Management related to systematic knowledge sharing; Innovation related to POINT 2024; and Sustainability related to the socialization of PATRIA Leading ESG Action for Future.

UTPE hopes this event will provide a clear understanding of the role of Patrian Movers as agents of change for a better UTPE.
