Safety Talk Strengthens OHS&E Awareness and Healthy Living Among Cipali Toll Road Employees

PT Astra Infra Toll Road Cikopo-Palimanan (Astra Tol Cipali) held another Safety Talk to strengthen further its Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHS&E, locally known as K3L) culture. The event took place on June 5, 2026, at the Multipurpose Hall of the Subang Operational Office and included employees from PT Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS), Astra Infra Solutions (AIS), the Traffic Management Center (TMC), and the Security team.

Participants received a comprehensive briefing on the three core pillars of OHS&E: safety, health, and environment. These pillars are fundamental to safe and sustainable toll road operations.

Emergency Response Awareness to Strengthen Workplace Safety Preparedness

Participants received guidance on emergency response and the importance of preparedness for workplace emergencies.

The event also promoted employee health through the Cipali Fit Challenge program, which encourages healthy lifestyles and physical fitness to support workplace productivity. Health awareness is recognized as essential to a safe and optimal work environment.

Participants were encouraged to improve waste management by reducing waste and sorting it by category. This initiative supports the company's commitment to environmentally responsible and sustainable practices across all operations.
