PT Sigap Prima Astrea (SIGAP) inaugurated the renovated SIGAP Academy Building in Cileungsi, Bogor, on February 27, 2026, as part of the company's strategic move to rejuvenate its facilities, strengthen training quality, and diversify its business. 

Through this renewal, SIGAP Academy has been developed as a professional, adaptive education and training center, aligned with the ever-evolving needs of the security and workplace safety industry.

The rejuvenation of SIGAP Academy reflects SIGAP's commitment to enhancing the competence of its people through modern learning facilities, supported by a relevant curriculum and training methods that keep pace with evolving industry needs.

Facility Rejuvenation to Support a More Optimal Learning Experience


The renovation of the SIGAP Academy Building includes the renewal and addition of key facilities to support a comprehensive learning process. The development includes classrooms, meeting rooms, an auditorium, office space, a safety dojo, instructor lodging, and a cafeteria.

Beyond the updates inside the building, the surrounding environment was also arranged to create a more comfortable, representative, and conducive learning atmosphere. With increasingly complete facilities, SIGAP Academy is expected to deliver a more effective training experience for both participants and instructors.

Expanding the Focus on K3 Training as a Business Diversification Strategy


In line with the ongoing transformation, SIGAP Academy is broadening its program development focus in Occupational Health and Safety (K3). This step addresses the growing need among businesses to implement K3 standards across their operations. 

Strengthening K3 training programs is also part of SIGAP's business diversification strategy through the development of safety-based training services that are increasingly relevant to the needs of various industry sectors.

Strengthening the Curriculum and Supporting Training Infrastructure


In their remarks, President Director of SIGAP Harjanto Nurya and President Commissioner of SIGAP Agus Baskoro conveyed that the renewal of SIGAP Academy focuses not only on improving physical facilities but also on strengthening the curriculum, learning methods, and the readiness of supporting infrastructure. 

Through this approach, SIGAP Academy is expected to deliver training programs that are more structured, effective, and relevant to the industry's ever-changing dynamics.

The Inauguration Featured a Facility Tour and an Intelligence Brief


The inauguration began with a tour of the renovated facilities, introducing the latest learning amenities at SIGAP Academy. 

The event then continued with an Intelligence Brief session that discussed global issues, geopolitical developments, and security dynamics in the industrial sector. This session was part of SIGAP's effort to broaden participants' insight into the evolving challenges of security.
