Isuzu Donates Plastic Bottles Through Partnered Waste Bank

In commemoration of World Recycling Day, which falls on March 18, 2024, Isuzu organized an activity to donate plastic bottle waste through a partnered waste bank, Latanza, in Karawang, West Java.

In 2023, Isuzu successfully collected a total of 157.7 kg of plastic bottle waste. This year, as of March 2024, Isuzu has collected 18.3 kg of plastic bottle waste and 13.86 kg of used paper. The collected plastic and paper waste is then donated through the waste bank to be sorted and distributed to recycling craft production centers or waste collectors.

This waste donation is routinely conducted by Isuzu as a tangible commitment to environmental preservation. Through this donation, Isuzu also contributes by providing plastic and paper waste for recycling craft production centers.

Reprocessing waste is a small step towards environmental sustainability and creating a greener and healthier world for future generations. Therefore, it is important for all of us to understand and implement recycling practices in our daily lives.
