The Latest Evolution, AHM Launches the Sporty New Honda Vario Evo 160

PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) has launched the New Honda Vario Evo 160, the latest generation in its 160cc scooter lineup. The model features updated design, new color options, and enhanced features. It is available in three variants: CBS, CBS Nitro, and ABS, with prices starting at IDR 28,525,000 (OTR DKI Jakarta). The new engine delivers more power and responsiveness to provide an engaging riding experience.

Aggressive Design with an Aerodynamic Character

AHM has updated the design of the New Honda Vario Evo 160 to emphasize a sporty and high-performance look. The front and side panels combine sharp lines with curved airflow elements to enhance aerodynamics.

The new color options are designed to appeal to younger riders. The CBS and CBS Nitro variants offer vibrant colors and striping, while the ABS variant features a single-tone finish with 3D emblems for a more exclusive appearance.

More Powerful and Responsive Engine Performance

The New Honda Vario Evo 160 uses a newly tuned 160cc 4-valve eSP+ liquid-cooled engine, which reduces friction and delivers a maximum output of 11.3 kW at 8,500 rpm and peak torque of 14.0 Nm at 6,500 rpm.

This powertrain enables the model to accelerate from 0 to 200 meters in 11.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 109 km/h, based on performance measurements. The enhanced performance is intended to meet the needs of riders with active lifestyles.

New Features for Everyday Mobility

The New Honda Vario Evo 160 includes a USB Type-C charger in the front-left storage compartment for convenient device charging. It also features a foldable Pop Up Center Hook to make carrying belongings easier.
