ASYA Brings Solar Panel Technology to its New Maninjau Cluster

ASYA, the lushest luxury residential area in East Jakarta, is developing its newest cluster, the Maninjau, which answers the need for a smart eco living. The cluster, slated for completion in 2023, will be equipped with solar panel technology that can save up to 60% electricity consumption.

In line with Astra Land Indonesia's commitment to customer satisfaction, ASYA always introduces new innovations to stay ahead of the curve, said Chief Marketing Officer of ASYA, Irma Gunawan Tjandra. Maninjau offers a variety of residential types, from 2-floor homes  measuring 8 by 14 square meters, to 3 floor Corner Deluxe House that measures 14 x 17 square meters. Each unit has been designed to allow healthy air circulation, with a high 6 meters tall ceiling large glass windows to maximize natural lighting.
