AstraPay is collaborating with the Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA) to support the digitalization of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia.
This collaborative program includes a series of training sessions and seminars aimed at enhancing digital literacy among MSME entrepreneurs. Key focuses include optimizing Google My Business and social media strategies to attract more customers and increase online store visibility.
AstraPay actively promotes digital literacy through various promotions and incentives, including special offers for merchants using AstraPay’s QRIS. As of July 2024, AstraPay has integrated over 24,000 MSME merchants into the QRIS ecosystem, with a total transaction value exceeding IDR 13 trillion.
AstraPay also offers a Merchant Apps platform equipped with key features such as a real-time transaction dashboard, help center, and quick, easy settlements, tailored to meet MSME needs.
AstraPay Head of Operation and Service Hari Endra Lesmana highlighted AstraPay's ongoing commitment to helping MSMEs stay adaptable in the digital era. “Our collaboration with IMA is an important step for AstraPay to continuously support MSMEs in expanding their reach through digitalization. We believe that by adopting digital payment technology, MSMEs can improve operational efficiency and unlock new growth opportunities,” said Hari.
This collaboration is expected to have a positive impact on Indonesia's economy by promoting financial inclusion and enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in both local and global markets.
