Astra Women Network 2026: Strengthening the Contribution of Astra's Women

PT Astra International Tbk continues to build a diverse and inclusive workplace by supporting women's leadership across the Astra Group. The Astra Women Network 2026, themed "Women Empowered: From Empowerment to Impact," was held at Menara Astra in Jakarta on May 12, 2026.

The theme reflects Astra's belief that empowering women means not only creating opportunities, but also recognizing the tangible contributions and impact women make within their communities, the company, and the nation.

Indonesia's Deputy Minister of Public Works, Diana Kusumastuti, PT Astra International Tbk Director Gita Tiffani Boer, and executives from Astra and the Astra Group attended the event to encourage Astra's women to continue growing and making a positive impact.

Government and PT Astra International Tbk Collaborate to Support Women's Empowerment

The attendance of Indonesia's Deputy Minister of Public Works, Diana Kusumastuti, highlighted the collaboration between government and industry in supporting women's empowerment.

"I commend Astra for consistently creating a space for collaboration, learning, and capacity building for Indonesian women," said Diana Kusumastuti.

Astra Women Network 2026 also featured Grab Indonesia CEO Neneng Goenadi and Astra Women Chairperson and AstraPay CEO, Rina Apriana. Both shared their experiences and encouraged Astra's women to continue growing, pursue leadership roles, and make a positive impact.
